CONTRACTING /PERMANENT /FIXED TERM HIRE

TDA provide IT personnel on contract basis (short or long term periods). Contracting personnel can be engaged on either an hourly or daily rate, providing the Client with maximum flexibility to manage their business costs effectively. TDA will also provide feedback to the Client on market rates applicable to the role required.

Permanent and Fixed Term Hire resources are also supplied.

Account Management
TDA provides a comprehensive recruitment service which includes dedicated Account Management, sourcing of candidates via the TDA database and network, short-listing of resumes, applicant interviews, validating the candidate for the position, reference checking, right down to negotiation of offer/acceptance.

Training and Coaching
Through collaboration with an associate company, TDA is able to offer coaching and training services.
